Portátiles potentes de bajo consumo ?

Tengo un portátil Asus X555LD

He visto hoy dos nuevos modelos que consumen 45 watios

Asus X556UA
Asus X540LA

y parecen más potentes.

A qué es debido ?
la tarjeta gráfica integrada cuántos gigas tiene de memoria ?
Es por la integración de la tarjeta o por el sistema operativo el ahorro energético ?

No se que portátil tienes exactamente, ya que el mismo modelo X555LD que tienes se fabrica con 4 procesadores diferentes, todos ellos procesadores acabados en U lo que significa de bajo consumo. Este modelo por lo que veo viene con grafica dedicada, pero tampoco es gran cosa, que la grafica tenga mas gb no significa nada en temas de rendimiento.

Con el modelo X540LA lo mismo, es un mismo modelo que se fabrica con 5 versiones diferentes de procesadores, todos acabados en U, generación algo mas moderna que la tuya, y eso siempre suele repercutir en menor consumo. Con gráfica integrada.

El modelo de los X556UA lo mismo, el mismo portátil se fabrica con 3 tipos de procesadores diferentes acabados en U y de nueva generación lo que significa un extra de ahorro en consumo. Con gráfica integrada, pero siendo mas potente.

Ademas del procesador varían en disco duro algunos lo tienen de 5200rpm, otros de 7200rpm y otros incluso incluyen ssd que ahorra mas batería aun, y contra mas rápido es el disco duro, mejor rendimiento aportan. Y seguramente también hay varias versiones con diferente ram en el mismo portátil. Como ves has hecho una pregunta bastante generalizada y algo difícil de responder si no se dan datos mas concretos.

Menta no te ha dado una respuesta genérica, me ha consultado a mi y hemos estado buscándote juntos la información adecuada y la que tocaba en este momento, indicándote que concretaras para poder afinar mejor y ayudarte a que el equipo que buscas se ajustar al máximo a tus necesidades porque había varias ramas de cada modelo.

Que si quieres saber la diferencia en potencia de un portátil a otro, nos deberás decir el modelo exacto, concretando, Procesador, ram y tipo de disco duro como mínimo, para saber las diferencias que pueden llegar a tener.

Supongo que te refieres que estás jugando con parámetros adicionales.

Me refiero a esto: La cantidad de memoria en una gráfica no determina su potencia

También quería decir que el otro día vi un portátil que al darle la vuelta por detrás por el V.I consumía nominalmente los 180 watios. Un gamer. Me pareció tremendo y me pregunto si eso es un portátil realmente....
